The Farm:
Working with the CENCOIC Co-operative is about more than exceptional coffee. It’s about supporting a community choosing hope and renewal after years of hardship.
La Laguna unites twelve smallholder families, each carefully tending their farms by hand before combining their harvests into a coffee grown with patience, care, and pride.
Almost entirely shade-grown, with natural fertilisers, and featuring the rare F6 varietal developed over six generations, this coffee reflects Colombia’s heritage and the dedication of its farmers.
At QalbiSoul, La Laguna is more than a cup, it’s resilience, community, and the power of choosing a brighter future together.
Each batch is washed, fermented (usually around 18 hours, depending on temperature), and dried over 15–25 days.
