A blend of Brazilian beans roasted to a medium-dark profile, offering a smooth balance with gentle acidity and notes of cocoa, praline, and caramel.

The Farm
Sometimes you just want a simple decaf that tastes like coffee. This blend is sourced from smallholder farms in Brazil’s Minas Gerais region and decaffeinated using a traditional method involving methylene chloride a solvent used to remove caffeine.

Through repeated soaking in water and the solvent, around 97% of the caffeine is removed slightly less than Swiss Water methods, but still highly effective. While it’s not positioned as a speciality decaf, it’s a reliable, crowd-pleasing option, especially well suited for catering settings.
